What do you do with that?!?

Tarragon. A somewhat random spice. I think I had one recipe that called for it: Tarragon Chicken. And yet I planted a tarragon plant last year. And it's a perennial. And mine came back in a big way. So when I stopped at my parents house a few weeks and they were eating a beautiful pasta with - yes!  - tarragon!, I HAD to get the recipe!

So, some cheese tortellini, butte, lemon, asparagus, garlic, and TARRAGON later, we enjoyed this amazing meal!
