It seems like Claire's been alive for so long now at there can't be many more "firsts" for her. But then I remember at its only been two and a half years and she has a million firsts ahead of her. This week was no exception! A few of Claire's firsts this week:
- First meeting with her cousin Grace Kostun in California
- First visit to the La Brea Tar Pits and Page Museum (ours, too! Dedicated post to follow!)
- First plane ride next to a stranger
- First bee sting (she apparently caught a bee midair at the apple orchard with her sitter - thank God she didn't have a bad reaction! And if you ask her what kind of bee it was, she'll happily tell you it was a honey bee!)
- First Snickers bar (down the gullet so fats I'm not convince she even chewed it)
- First popcorn (no choking, phew!)
So even though our week at home has been short, we've had a lot happening!
