So, without further adieu, we present "Baby K's Library" as of December 6, 2010:
- The Little Prince/Le Petit Prince (purchased in France in 2000!)
- Little Miss Sunshine and Little Miss Giggles (because we were children of the 80's)
- Jack and Jill; Hey, Diddle, Diddle; Pat-a-Cake; Goosey Goosey Gander (recent aquistions from the Target $1 section!)
- Little Golden Books (always awesome!): Baby's First Book; Baby Farm Animals; My First Counting Book; Bambi
- Tuck Everlasting (one of Erin's favorites growing up)
- James and the Giant Peach
- The Redwall Series (again, Erin loved these as a teenager! There are a number missing in the collection, though): Redwall; Mariel of Redwall; Martin the Warrior; The Bellmaker; The Outcast of Redwall; Pearls of Lutra; The Long Patrol; Marlfox; Lord Brocktree; Loamhedge; Rakkety Tam
- The World of Pooh
- The Wonderful Wizard of Oz - a Giant Popup Book
- Sea Stories - a collection of short stories
- Caps for Sale
- Make Way for Ducklings
- Thumbelina
- The Giving Tree
- Oh, The Places You'll Go
- The Runaway Bunny (classic in the Wysocki house!)
- Katy and the Big Snow (ditto!)
- Mike Mulligan and His Steam Shovel (ditto again!)
- The Little House (by Burton; another must-read growing up Wysocki)
- Rainbow Fish
- and finally, Goodnight Moon (read almost nightly by Erin & her mom!)
Thanks for posting! None of my favorites are on there-- YES!!! I imagine my local children's book store is happy too. :)
